Cybersecurity Vulnerability and Incident Reporting (CRA)

At Easy-Laser Group, we are committed to ensuring that our products remain secure, reliable, and resilient throughout their lifecycle. Cybersecurity is an important part of our product development and maintenance processes, helping us protect our customers and their operations.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Easy-Laser provides a dedicated channel for reporting cybersecurity vulnerabilities, weaknesses, or security incidents related to our products that include digital components.

If you become aware of a potential cybersecurity issue affecting an Easy-Laser product, we encourage you to submit a report using the form below. Each report is assessed by the appropriate personnel and handled in accordance with our cybersecurity procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
