Service and repair report*

Easy-Laser AB in Sweden is the main Service Center for all types of repair, but we also have local Service Centers with limitations. Therefore, always contact your local Service Center before sending your measurement system for service or calibration.

1. Important information

  • Always fill out this service and repair report form before sending a system for service.
  • Always fill out one service and repair report for each system that is being sent.
  • Always send in the entire system in its case, not just the part you think needs service.
  • Make sure your system is updated with the latest software version before sending it for service.

3. Service

Select at least one of the checkboxes below. To be able to do a proper fail analysis, the original laser device, detectors, cables and the display unit must be included. NOTE! Estimated cost information will only be sent if the checkbox below is checked.

* For shaft alignment systems, the Service Center in Sweden can offer a 48 hour express service at an additional cost (time from when we receive the measurement system to when it leaves us)
