Sustainability – our joint responsibility

We work actively with sustainability issues and support the UN Global Compact’s core principles on the environment, anticorruption, human rights, and labour conditions. This permeates our entire business, every day.

Our working environment

It is important for us to be an inclusive and open workplace, where people enjoy working and want to stay for a long time. The relationship between us as an employer and our employees should be characterized by openness, respect, and empowerment.

  • We embrace diversity.
  • We offer flexibility in terms of working hours and choice of workplace.
  • We work systematically with work environment issues.
  • We prevent health problems through annual health checks and wellness activities.
  • We measure satisfaction through a monthly staff survey.

Our products

By using Easy-Laser products, our customers can run a more sustainable business; a properly set up machine will not break down prematurely and will not use more energy than necessary. But what about the environmental impact of our own products?

  • We strive to use sustainable materials in our products and for them to have a long service life.
  • We offer repair, calibration and maintenance of our products as close to the customer as possible.

Goal: To manufacture products with a low carbon footprint.

Activities 2023:

We developed guidelines for sustainable product development and production.

Activities 2024:

We trained ourselves in circular product development, which will be applied in upcoming projects.

Activities 2025:

We delivered our first case in 100% recycled plastic (XT190 BTA).
