Simple mounting for instant alignment
Easy-Laser® D92 BTA is designed for fast, straightforward alignment of sheaves and pulleys. The tool attaches in a few seconds, using strong magnetic surfaces on both transmitter and targets. For non-magnetic sheaves, double-sided tape can be used instead. Once mounted, the transmitter projects a laser line onto the targets. When the line sits precisely in the target slots, the alignment is correct.
The system works on V-belt, flat belt, timing belt and chain drives, and its adjustable targets fit both small and large sheaves. This makes D92 BTA a practical everyday tool for maintenance teams across many industries.
