Metal surfaces with measurement equipment

XT915 – fast flange flatness measurement

Easy-Laser® XT915 is designed primarily for fast and precise flatness measurement of flanges, such as wind tower flanges and slewing bearings. It is particularly suitable for wind tower manufacturers who want to speed up production while maintaining precise measurements and documentation.

The system uses the new XT21 spin laser transmitter, which, by rotating at high speed, creates a laser plane over the flange surface. Together with the new XT7 detector and the special flatness bracket, this makes it quick and straightforward to move between measurement points and record values. The measurement distance is up to 12 meters [40'].

XT920 – maximum flexibility for geometrical measurements

Easy-Laser® XT920 is our versatile system for a wide range of geometrical measurement tasks. It can be used for straightness, flatness, level, parallelism and squareness measurements in applications ranging from machinery installation to production quality control.

The system is built around the high-precision XT7 detector and a versatile range of brackets. Depending on the application, you can choose between four different laser transmitters and add accessories as needed, making it easy to configure the system for different types of jobs.

Like other systems in the XT range, XT920 offers an intuitive measurement workflow, live adjustment and automatic documentation.

With XT915 and XT920, the XT range now offers even more possibilities for fast, precise and flexible geometrical measurements.
